Back to Time Packages>
1. Converting Broker, Agent or Team from paper to online paperless system

Goal and Objective is to create a continuing win/win Broker and Agent beneficial consulting relationship.

Primary consulting focused on configuring and maintaining transactional related services and systems to run at peak performance.

Consultant focuses on many aspects relating to assist Broker, Staff, and Agents on how to best utilize Paperless Pipeline, DocuSign, or other related programs.
2. Agent/Broker 1on1 Project Coaching, Consulting and Development
- First 3 hours schedule to be 30 to 45 minute web meeting scheduled a minimum or 2 days a week.
- After first 3 hours, then a minimum of once a week 30 to 45 minute web meetings.
- Agent/Broker to initiate the call at appointment time.
- R.A.N Consultant will wait and use up a minimum of 15 minutes for call to be made.
3. Compensation

Optional time packages starting from 2 hours to 25 hours.

On your first time package order, you will be credited with an additional free hour.
4. Account Webpage Access

You receive a link that allows you to view the current breakdown of time spent, description of activity, and remaining time available.
- Broker or agent can add additional time packages based on their needs.
5. Cancel Anytime Policy
-
Our goal and objective is to help create a Win-Win beneficial working arrangement.
- If that goal is not met either party may submit a written cancellation request and a full refund of unused time will be made.
6. Approval of terms
-
By purchasing Time Consultant Packages, Broker or Agent approves of the above.
- Only available for Licensed Real Estate Brokers or Agents.
