Submitting Documents and Processing
Q) How do I upload my documents? A. Uploading Options: Email attachments, fax, scan or upload direct from your computer.
Q) When will I see my documents online after I upload as a working document? A: Immediately after you upload into the system you will see it posted as working documents.
Q) Once I submit a completed document to my TC, when will it be processed as a completed document? A: In most cases, less than one business day, depending on Tc workload.
Q. What does the TC look for when processing a document? A. Signature placement is the first observation made. Second is to see if a document mentions attachments, and then see if it too was submitted. If a discrepancy is noticed, Your TC will make a file note for Broker/Agent to review/discuss.
Q) I have an Agent account. Can I give my Broker access to review, print, or save docs? A. Yes! Just email us your request with your Broker/Manager contact information and we will start the process. This could take 1-2 business days to complete the processing steps.
